Welcome to My Cricut Craft Room's 100 cartridge Blog hop!

Collectively the design team uses over 100 different Cricut Cartridges in their projects during the two days of this hop. Sunday the new members of the design team will be announced and some have even made a project to share with you!! What an exciting weekend!!

For my project, I created a crayon box for my son to use at school! I used Tags, Bags, Boxes and More 2, Locker Talk, Word of Mouth, and Sesame Street Font.

 

 I used my Cricut Imagine to color all the pieces and to make the backgound paper!

The background paper for this box is one of the background pieces from WORD OF MOUTH

 

The box was cut at 9in from TAGS BAGS BOXES AND MORE 2. I also cut the crayons from LOCKER TALK at 4 inches.

 

I also decided to use my GYPSY to weld my son's name from SESAME STREET FONT and put his name on one side.

 

Used SESAME STREET FONT again to spell and weld the word crayons.

Tryout piece for Jinger Adams and The Scrapbooking Queen's Design Team Call!

Hi All!!!

So I did it!! I decided I was going to ATTEMPT to try out for Jinger and The Scrapbooking Queen's Design Team!

I have to say, Jinger is the reason that I feel in LOVE with my Cricut! LOL! I would stay up and watch EVERY HSN launch of all things Cricut! The Expression, The Imagine, The Gypsy, The Expression 2, and The Cricut Mini! All things awesome, all things I bought! LOL! I would even watch just to see what shoes and what her outfit looked like! And, I even tried to call in and talk with her!

Watching her launches were ALWAYS my favorite! Then when I heard she was not with Provo Craft anymore, I thought that would be the end, then I heard that she was going to have a Design Team!! WHAT?? A chance to ACTUALLY try out for her???? SHUT UP!!! NO WAY!!! DOING IT!!!!

But, let me just say: wwwwwhhhhhheeeewwwww! What A LOT of thinking it took to make my project!

I was SO excited about trying out, and I wanted to try to do something COMPLETELY awesome!!! I thought of 4 different projects and none seem to be good enough! But then I FINALLY had an idea that worked out the exact way that I had in my head!  Ready to see it????? Here it is!!!

Hi All!!!


WHEW! What a busy week! So busy at work, and so busy with business stuff!! We have a big craft show coming up on Saint Patty's Day so we have been going NUTS getting stuff done for the show! Got lots to sell too! Woo Hoo!

So, the other day I made a candy box on my Cameo and I had someone email me to ask if I could do this on my Gypsy/Craft room and make the same thing. I thought about it, and I went through my cartridges, and guess what? The new Tags, Bags, Boxes and More 2 cartridge has a candy box on there! And on Doodlecharms there is an image of a bunny and an Easter Basket! So, here it is!!!

Now, this is part 1. I will have Part 2 go on for Friday where I show you how to fold it up and put together!

Small Haul Video & Using Tags, Bags, Boxes & More 2

Hey All!

What a week! Had TONS of great stuff happen this week!! I found out I made another DT, I found out I am going to be a Guest Designer for the Day at Unique Crafters (post will be sometime next week!), I FINALLY figured out how to make an Angry Bird with my Cricut, and business is starting to pick up! I can tell you that I TRULY feel blessed! And on top of everything else wonderful that has happened, I picked up a TON of new friends and followers this week! Thanks so much for following me!

So, on to today's post! I got the new Bags, Tags, Boxes and More 2 Cricut Cartridge and I couldn't wait to play with it! I also got a TON of 70% off items at Michael's and AC Moore!

Then, once I was done filming my haul video, I decided I wanted to play with BTBM2 a little bit! I am NOT going to lie, it was a bit confusing to look at the booklet to say the least. But, Provo Craft DID include a booklet on putting all the boxes together! Woo Hoo! I will say the one BAD thing I did was not purchase the Scoring blade and its housing. They have Feature buttons that score the lines for you! HOW AWESOME IS THAT? And believe me, after fooling around with making Score lines, I can tell you that you NEED IT for this cartridge!

So, I will be doing more videos on this cartridge cause over all, its a great one! There are SO MANY things you can make on this! I am going to experiment with quite a few!!!
