Feelin' Lucky? KRAFTY GIRLS Challenge #2!
Hey All!
How much fun was the first challenge that Krafty Girls did??? I had a BLAST!!! I couldn't wait for this next challenge!! I especially couldn't wait to show it off! lol! You could say I was FEELIN' LUCKY about showing it to you all!
So, this challenge was to:
"Create a card, scrapbook layout, 3D object, or home decor project with a St. Patrick's Day theme"
What does my project look like you ask?? Well, let me show you!!!!
I had a BLAST making this card! I even have a video for it! Since You Tube would spoil what my surprise card is, I cant post now, but I will post for tomorrow!
I used the Sure Cuts A Lot Software and my new favorite toy, MY CAMEO, to create this project! I used the cut file, LUCKY DAY BAGS AND BOXES from SVG Cuts to my card. I wasn't feeling the idea of a box, so I cut out the box and kept it for another project!
The background paper is from the paper pack MODERN HOMEMAKER from October Afternoon.

Creative Cutter Room-Challenge 2 "Shaped Card Project"!
Hey All!!!
Today is the 2nd challenge from the new Creative Cutter Room Design Team, and our challenge today is:
CREATE A SHAPED CARD-CANNOT BE SQUARE OR RETANGLE!
So, with that said, I decided I did not want to do just the regular circle or oval. Instead, I pulled out my trusty Gypsy and went to work! I wanted to make sure I did something a little different and I wanted to make it feel "life like". I knew I wanted to use my Glossy Accents, so what could I make? Then I got this idea!
Here is the front of my card. Can you see where I used the Glossy Accents?
Here is a side view of the card. Looking at it now, I wish I would of used an Action Wobble! That would of brought it to life for sure!
Here is the upclose shot of the detail I did to the fish and the Glossy Accents to show off the fish bowl. I also wanted to show you what my sentiment says.
Here is the back of the card showing its the shape of a fish bowl welded together!

Not a crafty post today...I NEED YOUR HELP!
Hey All!
This post today is NOT a crafty post. I actually deleted my post on here that was going to show my cake pops off because they meant NOTHING when it comes to what I have to ask you.
You all know that I have a small event planning business and that we have a new intern, Jessica. Well, Jessica was filling us in today on her girlfriend from school's brother. His name is Kevin and he was just diagnosed AGAIN with cancer after beating it and going into remission at age 13. Here is info from Kevin's sister, Victoria:
"My little brother- Kevin McGuire- was first diagnosed with Leukemia ALL when he was 13 years old and was in the seventh grade. He fought the battle of his life.. undergoing years of chemo, digesting over 35 pills a night, hundreds of spinal taps, and numerous bone marrow screenings.. and ultimately won his battle with cancer on April 24, 2010. All through out Kevin's treatment he kept his character in tact, remained playing basketball, and even started varsity football as a freshman. Kevin is known through out the community as the High school's "real life SUPER MAN!" Tragically, Kevin had a relapse, and is now fighting cancer for the second time. Kevin is the kindest, most noble 18 year old a person could even fathom meeting, and through out his ups and downs Kevin never even questioned " why me?"
So, here is where you all come into play! I need for you to post this on your Face book pages, your blogs, your friends pages, EVERY WHERE!!!
And this is the reason why. More info from Victoria:
"Nothing, and I mean NOTHING brightens Kevin's day more than Taylor Swift. Kevin DESERVES more than anyone a special event in his life.. and the one thing he wants is to GO TO PROM WITH TAYLOR SWIFT! Let's make this happen people! TAYLOR PLEASE GO TO PROM WITH KEVIN!!!!!! NO ONE DESERVES IT MORE! PS PROM JUST SO HAPPENS TO FALL ON HIS BIRTHDAY!"
"
So, PLEASE copy and paste the link I have below!!! Its for a petition to sign to get awareness to Taylor Swift! If you know anyone or if anyone can help us get Taylor Swift, please have them reach out to JCC Event Planning!

Happy Sunday!
Hi All!
Happy Sunday! Sunday, as you all know, is typically my FAVORITE day of the week because its technically my Saturday (I work every Saturday) and its my CRAFT day!!! But, this week I have to work, so its not a craft day for me! Well, not until tonight that is!
This week ended on an awesome note for business for JCC because we picked up ANOTHER new bride last night! I am VERY excited to be helping her with planning her wedding, and we really don't have much time! There is LOTS to be done before her wedding on 6/6!
Speaking of wedding, my BFF Kellie and I are going to the Bridal Show after work today in Cherry Hill since Kel is getting married next year! She has high hopes of winning a dress today, lol! I will keep my fingers crossed that she does!
Also have to get finished on my sister in law's shower decorations! We sent out her invites last week and people have already started calling about getting them! THAT WAS FAST!!! Still have to finish centerpieces for each table, the banner, and her BABY clocks that I want next to her! We do have the favors done already though which is great!
Booger has been sick lately so we will just keep him in today. He wants to go on a play date tomorrow, but it will all depend on how he feels! He doesn't wanna hang out with mommy and daddy when he has a little friend around, lol! I didn't think we would be "uncool" just yet, lol!
OK, so I filled you in enough about whats going on in my world, now, how about I show you a project I am working on??? Its a POLY MESH WREATH for St. Patty's Day!
I started it yesterday, and I need to make my filler for it. I'm thinking I will be putting something on a sing that I will make out of my husbands Coca Cola case bottom, lol! Perfect for signs when you cut it in your Cricut! Just remember to use a deep cut blade!
Don't mind the background of the picture....I did it on my lunch break at work yesterday, he he!
The flags and Shamrocks are both from Dollar Tree! The Poly Mesh is from that company that I found about a month ago. I did a video on that haul!
OK guys, its off to work I go! I hope you have a great weekend!
Hope to find you all Craftin' and Stampin'!

Small Haul Video & Using Tags, Bags, Boxes & More 2
Hey All!
What a week! Had TONS of great stuff happen this week!! I found out I made another DT, I found out I am going to be a Guest Designer for the Day at Unique Crafters (post will be sometime next week!), I FINALLY figured out how to make an Angry Bird with my Cricut, and business is starting to pick up! I can tell you that I TRULY feel blessed! And on top of everything else wonderful that has happened, I picked up a TON of new friends and followers this week! Thanks so much for following me!
So, on to today's post! I got the new Bags, Tags, Boxes and More 2 Cricut Cartridge and I couldn't wait to play with it! I also got a TON of 70% off items at Michael's and AC Moore!
Here is my small haul video first!
Then, once I was done filming my haul video, I decided I wanted to play with BTBM2 a little bit! I am NOT going to lie, it was a bit confusing to look at the booklet to say the least. But, Provo Craft DID include a booklet on putting all the boxes together! Woo Hoo! I will say the one BAD thing I did was not purchase the Scoring blade and its housing. They have Feature buttons that score the lines for you! HOW AWESOME IS THAT? And believe me, after fooling around with making Score lines, I can tell you that you NEED IT for this cartridge!
Here are some pictures:

One more Valentine's Goodie to share!
Hey All!!!
I am back to working my LOOOONNNNGGG hours again, so I am just dropping by to show you one last Valentine's Day project that I made with my new FAVORITE gadget, my Cameo!!! I just ADORE this machine!! I need to purchase some more SVG Cuts so that I can keep on creating with it! I did just get a bunch of new files, and I haven't played with them all, but I did play with a few! In the next few weeks you will be seeing the items that I have created with my Cameo! But for now, you can have this last little goodie!!!
I made a candy box for my son and his little classroom! Here is the front of the box (without candy in it..I took the picture too early, then forgot to take one with them filled!) that I kept VERY simple since I knew the kiddos would be tearing right into it to get the candy:
I used the Candy Box SVG kit from SVG Cuts to create this little cutie! It was SIMPLE!!!
Here is the back:
I just cut out another heart, and the heart from the center of the box! As for the clear part in the middle of the front, I used the plastic sleeve that a Cricut Cartridge comes in! I just cut it out to size, and I glued it to the inside of the box BEFORE I glued it together!
OK all! Its time for me to do some work!!!
Hope to find you all Craftin' and Stampin'!

Flying By To Say Happy Valentines Day-Angry Birds Style!
Hi All!!
How was everyone's Valentine's Day??? Mine was FANTASTIC!!! I made an awesome dinner for my hubby (baked chicken, sweet potatoes, corn, and home made garlic bread... YUMMMMYYY!) and I made my little dudes FAVORITE dinner, Mac and Cheese... Phineas and Ferb Mac and Cheese to be exact!!! Everyone REALLY enjoyed dinner! Then hubby broke our no buying for each other rule and pulled out a gift for me. Guess what it was??? Give up?? Well, it was the pair of Uggs that I wanted for about a year now!!!
I was SOOOO excited!!! I did feel really bad that I didn't get him one now :( That's ok though... His birthday is the 28th and I decided that his present is gonna be an I Phone!!! He does not see that coming at all!!!
Now, its time for a project!!!
This card is the card I made for my Little Guy for Valentine's Day! He is SUCH a huge Angry Birds fan, I just KNEW I had to make an Angry Bird card for him!! So, it was time to pull out the Gypsy! And of coarse my trusty George and Basic Shapes! I did also use B is for Boy!
I kind of manipulated the shapes to my liking! I did save this cut file, and once again, if anyone knows how to share a cut file, let me know and I'll GLADLY share my file for your use! So, without further ado, here is my Angry Bird card:
Hope you all like my Little Dude's card!! And I also hope everyone had a great Valentine's Day!!
Hope to find you all Craftin' and Stampin'!
