Hey All!
I am BACK for another challenge with the creative girls at HIMCR!!!

Today, we have a fun color challenge for you!!!

What's the colors you ask?????? How does these colors grab you:

SUNSET (Tangerine)
CRYSTAL BLUE (Turquise)
OLIVE (Olive Green)

I picked these colors out to try to give poor Laurie a break! She has SO MUCH on her plate with her move!!!! I can feel her pain, REALLY!!!

So, for this challenge, I decided I wanted to make something that I felt to be TOTALLY useful for our upcoming Housewarming Party! I already created a food table centerpiece (hint hint...check back tomorrow) and I needed some other decorations! I figured something for outside, that can be place along my umbrellas, or on my tables! So, after some thought, I decided to make lanterns!!! Here are some pictures!!!

I know, its picture heavy! And can you tell I am in LOVE with Instagram?? I love the aged look of my photos!

Hey All!

Happy Saturday!!! AND it's my FIRST day of vacation!!! Even though its not a destination vacation, its STILL a vacation away from work! lol! This week we will be packing up! I know we wont have time before our "anticipated settlement date" but, I want to get the things we don't use everyday either packed up or ready for the town wide yard sale on 4/28! I also plan on doing TONS of crafting!!! WOO HOO!!!

So, speaking of crafting, its time for another HIDING IN MY CRAFT ROOM challenge!!!

This week its a Color Challenge! The Colors are:

 Pink Pirouette (light pink),
Rose Red (red with a hint of pink, like a maroon or something),
Basic Gray(dark gray). 
These are Stampin' Up colors but you don't have to use Stampin' Up!

I did not have any of these colors on hand (that I could find at least with starting to pack up since I'm not a demo anymore), so I used what I had!

Stampin Up Rose Red and Basic Grey Inks

Stampin Up Stamps

I cut the frame part of the card on my Cricut using the center point feature. I will be doing a video on that this week!

Hiding In My Craft Room Challenge 1-Color Challenge

Hey All!

So, welcome to my FIRST challenge post as a Design Team member at Hiding In My Craft Room!

Here is the info for today's challenge:

March 3rd:  Color Challenge - Monochromatic Green

Well, now, lets think about this one...Its the first weekend in March and the Color Challenge has to do with the color green...What can we do with that???? HELLLLOOOOO! St. Patty's Day Project!!!

I knew for this project I would have fun! I LOVE making projects that have to do with the whatever holiday is quickly approaching! And besides, I dont often use green, so this gives me a chance too!

*"Irish Blessing" Stamp -My Sentiments Exactly.
*Background paper created with Stampin' Up Garden Green ink and stamps from Studio G from AC Moore and Joanne's.
*Pop Dots
*Paper Studio Green paper
