Its SUPER SCRAPS SATURDAY over at Hiding in My Craft Room!

Today's project is an oldie for me, cause I have made these for YEARS! But its new to my blog and my followers!!

Here is my project:

Stryphone Ball

Leftover Fabric Scraps

Straight Pins

Ribbon

Foam Shapes

 

These are my fabric ornament balls! Not much needed for supplies!! I used to makes these EVERY YEAR for my employees! I wanted to them have an ornament from me to remember me by! But, turns out I work with all of them still, so no ornaments this year! LOL! I kid, I kid! They will be getting new ornaments from me this week!

Hey All!!!

It's time for another HIDING IN MY CRAFT ROOM challenge!

This week, our theme is:


SUPER SCRAPS SATURDAY!!! 

This week, I had a SLEW of scraps leftover from all my projects I made!! I was COMMITTED to making something awesome with my scraps this week, and truth be told, I think I WORKED it this week!!

Wanna see??

Don't you think it's awesome??? I made it on my Silhouette Cameo and I used the cut file from SVG Cuts ( Toil and Trouble ) to create the Apothecary Jar! Because it was multiple pieces cut to make 1 3D image, I was able to get the most out of my scraps!

For a little more of a spooky effect, I inked and distressed all the edges of EVERY piece and added Glossy Accents to the POISON label!

Hey All!!!

It's time for another HIMCR challenge!!!

Today, the theme is SUPER SCRAPS SATURDAY! Dig out those scraps guys! You ALL know you have some!!!

For my project today, I wanted to give my mom a gift, and I wanted to use the gable box from the ARTISTE cartridge thatI showed you all how to make last week. Here is what the plain box looked like:

I wanted to use the green box, so I went to work in my scrap box! I have a HUGE box of scraps that I recently tried to organize! It wasnt easy, lol! I also have a box of leftover Cricut Cuts, and a box for Paper Punch left over pieces!

I found a Rosette leftover from when I made a rosette wreath for Gingers design team tryout, and I also found some pennents!

I used a piece of my scrap paper to spell out MOM and I cut it on my Cricut.

Here is the final result:

Took me 15 minutes!!!! Whoop Whoop!!!!

It's time for another project over at Hiding In My Craft Room!!!

I hope you all had an AWESOME time creating with us for NSD! I know I had fun!!! I have a few prizes to give away! Come on back tomorrow to check out my winners!!!

Now, lets get onto our project for today! Today's project is:
May 12th -  #45 - Super Scraps Saturday-DIG OUT THOSE SCRAPS! We ALL have them!!

My scraps this week were from my Perfect Rose project! I had cut out a BUNCH of pieces to make a few roses, but, as it turned out, I only made one perfect rose. Not because I felt it was perfect, but because it was SOOOOO difficult for me to get together, that I just stopped at one! LOL! So, I had TONS of pieces of scraps left over, so I decided that it would only be fitting if they created ANOTHER perfect rose....just not a giant one!!

So, here is my card I made for Mother's Day!

This rose was from the "Celebrate With Flourish" cartridge. I used this for an Easter Card earlier this year, and I remembered seeing a rose on this cartridge. I figured I would give it a try!

I LOVE Super Scraps Saturday!!! I have SO MANY SCRAPS from this week! I have to say, this was a pretty easy challenge for me!!!

So, for my own project, do you remember the Luau Themed Favor boxes I made the other day? Click HERE for the post if you forgot! Well, I had SO MANY Luau themed images lying around in my scrap bin, I decided I was going to use one of those images!!! I also had TONS of rectangle pieces of paper from making my son's goodie bags for his birthday! I knew EXACTLY what I wanted to do with them!!!
